Robert S. Kipness
Managing Partner
Rob Kipness, principal and manager of the practice, has 27 years of experience in the real estate industry, including 17 years as a real estate attorney. Rob earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania and his JD from Brooklyn Law School. He is admitted to practice in the States of NY and CT. Rob's practice covers many areas of real estate from shopping center leasing to residential sales.
Rob grew up in Stamford, CT and graduated from Stamford High School in 1986. He currently lives in North Stamford with his wife Elise and their two teenage boys. Rob has donated his time to the Stamford Youth Soccer Association both as a head coach and board member. In addition, he has coached in both North Stamford Little League and Stamford Youth Basketball League. As a member of the local JCC, you can usually find Rob in the gym or taking a spin class.
Rob is a former CT state champion long jumper and sprinter. While at the University of Pennsylvania he earned All-Ivy honors and was a HEPS champion in the 4X100 meter relay.
