Rob Kipness, has 27 years of experience in the real estate industry, including 17 years as a real estate attorney. His representations have included prominent national retailers, real estate developers and residential clients.
After graduating from Stamford High School, Rob earned his bachelors degree from the University of Pennsylvania and his JD from Brooklyn Law School.
Rob currently lives in North Stamford, CT where he raises chickens with his wife Elise and their two teenage sons. Rob has coached in the Stamford Youth Soccer Association, North Stamford Little League and Stamford Youth Basketball League. As a member of the local JCC, you can often find Rob in the gym or taking a spin class.
Rob is a former CT state champion long jumper and sprinter. While at the University of Pennsylvania he earned All-Ivy honors and was a HEPS champion in the 4X100 meter relay.

Joanne Romano has over twenty years of experience in commercial real estate law. During her career she has focused primarily on commercial leasing and the acquisition and sale of real property.
Joanne has been in-house counsel for retail real estate developers as well as various national retailers including Dress Barn and G+G Retail, which operated G+G, Rave, and Rave Girl concepts. Her representation included negotiating leases, subleases, assignments of leases and multi-store acquisitions from companies in bankruptcy. She has extensive experience with lease administrative issues and has designed settlements to resolve lease disputes on behalf of her clients. Her commercial leasing experience has covered a wide range of property types including enclosed regional malls, neighborhood shopping centers, outlet centers and office buildings.
In addition to handling pure leasing matters, Joanne has represented clients in the acquisition of properties with environmental challenges as well as the disposition of properties acquired by the state via eminent domain.
Joanne has also advised her retail clients on matters involving store management, employment practices, brokerage agreements, construction, insurance requirements and the purchase of merchandise from outside the United States.
